Dough:
Yeast 2 tablespoon (soaked in warm water for 5 minutes)
Maida 2 cups
Oil/Butter as required
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Egg 1
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and knead.
- Add milk if required.
- Wrap the dough with plastic cover for 1 hour.
Tandori Fried Chicken:
Chicken 1/2 kilo boneless (cubes)
Cumin (Zeera) 1 teaspoon
Food color (red) pinch
Mix Spices (Garam Masalah) 1 teaspoon
Chat Masalah 1/2 teaspoon
Ajwain 1/2 teaspoon (Crushed)
Red chopped Chillie 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in chicken.
- Marinate for 1/2 hour.
- Fry chicken.
Arranging Pizza:
- Grease pan.
- Spread dough.
- Spread tomato sauce and Pizza sauce.
- spread shimla mirch.Onions.tomato slices.
- Add chicken and olives.
- Add cheese.
- Sprinkle crushed ajwain.and chopped red chillies.
