Tandori Chicken Pizza


Dough:


Yeast 2 tablespoon (soaked in warm water for 5 minutes)
Maida 2 cups
Oil/Butter as required
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Egg 1
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead.
  2. Add milk if required.
  3. Wrap the dough with plastic cover for 1 hour.

Tandori Fried Chicken:

Chicken 1/2 kilo boneless (cubes)
Cumin (Zeera) 1 teaspoon
Food color (red) pinch
Mix Spices (Garam Masalah) 1 teaspoon
Chat Masalah 1/2 teaspoon
Ajwain 1/2 teaspoon (Crushed)
Red chopped Chillie 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste

  1. Mix all the ingredients in chicken.
  2. Marinate for 1/2 hour.
  3. Fry chicken.

Arranging Pizza:


  1. Grease pan.
  2. Spread dough.
  3. Spread tomato sauce and Pizza sauce.
  4. spread shimla mirch.Onions.tomato slices.
  5. Add chicken and olives.
  6. Add cheese.
  7. Sprinkle crushed ajwain.and chopped red chillies.
  8. Bake in over on 130 degrees for half an hour.
