Sponge Cake


Maida 1/2 Cup
eggs 4
Castor Sugar 3/4 Cup
Baking powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Vanilla Essemce 4 Drops
Cocoa Powder 1 Teaspoon


  • Beat egg whites.Add yolks, sugar, b.powder, maida, essence, cocoa powder. Bake.
  • Cut cake into layers.Spread cream, coffee powder.
  • Cover cake with cream. Spread the chocolate swiss.Serve.

Chocolate Swiss


Cocoa Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Water or Milk 1/4 Cup

  • Mix all the ingredients. Cook on fire until thickens.Cool.
  • Spread on cake.

Shawarma ..!!


Chicken 1 Kilo
Ginger+Garlic Paste 2 Tablespoon
Vinegar ¼ Cup
Chilli Sauce 2 Tablespoon
Mustard Powder ½ Teaspoon
Red Chillie Powder 1 ½ Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Soya Sauce 1 Tablespoon
Mayonnaise To Taste


  • Cut chicken into small pieces.
  • Take a Bowl and add ginger, garlic paste,chilli sauce, salt, red chilli powder and mustard powder.Mix Well.
  • Marinate chicken with this masalah mixture.
  • After Marinating chicken cook and Fry chicken.

For Paste:

Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Ketchup 2 Tablespoon
Yogurt 2 Tablespoon

  • Mix well.

Put this paste into Arabian Roti. Add boiled potatoes and salad and chicken.
And roll it in Butter Paper.
