Marinated Chicken Pepper Sticks~


Chicken 1 cup Cubes
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed Red Chillies 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1/4 Cup
Dry Corriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 2tbsp
Green Onion 1 tbsp (Chopped Green Part)
Mint Leaves - For Screwing
Toothpicks as required.


  1. Marinate Chicken with salt, pepper. dhaniya powder, soya sauce, vinegar, green onion, lemon juice for 10 min.
  2. Screw Chicken Boti on Toothpick with mint leaves.
  3. Fry in Oil until Light Brown..
  4. Garnish with Salad Leaves.
  5. Serve Hot with Ketchup.
