Shami Kababs 6 (ready to fry)
Potatoes 3 Boiled and cubes
Eggs 2 Boiled and sliced
Curry Powder 1 tbspn
Red chillie powder 1 tbspn
Garam masala 2 tbspn
Green Chillies 2 chopped
Coriander 2 tbspn chopped
salt to taste
oil for frying
lemon juice 1 tbspn
Method:
- Fry shami kababs.
- Boil potatoes and cut in cubes.
- Heat oil. Fry Potatoes.
- Add Salt, red chillie powder, curry powder, and shami kababs. Fry.
- Sprinkle Garam masala, add lemon juice, coriander, green chillies.
- Garnish with eggs and coriander.
- Serve with raita and parathas.
