Ingredients
Chicken 1 cup Cubes
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed Red Chillies 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1/4 Cup
Dry Corriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 2tbsp
Green Onion 1 tbsp (Chopped Green Part)
Mint Leaves - For Screwing
Toothpicks as required.
Method:

Method:
- Marinate Chicken with salt, pepper. dhaniya powder, soya sauce, vinegar, green onion, lemon juice for 10 min.
- Screw Chicken Boti on Toothpick with mint leaves.
- Fry in Oil until Light Brown..
- Garnish with Salad Leaves.
- Serve Hot with Ketchup.
