Ingredients:
Onion 1 Chopped
Garlic 1 Tbspn Chopped
Chicken 1 Cup boneless Strips
Oil/Butter 2 Tbspn
Salt To Taste
Red Chopped Chillies 1/2 tspn
Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp
Chopped Tomatoes 2
Corns 1 Cup
Green Chillies 2 Chopped
Dhaniya(Coriander) For Garnishing
Method:
- Heat oil. Saute onions and garlic.
- Add Chicken. Stir fry.
- Add salt, red chillie powder, lemon juice, chopped tomatoes and green chillies. Cook.
- Add Corns and mix.
- Add Coriander.
- Serve with Poris/Paratha.
